Terms of Use
Effective date: October 12, 2026
These terms apply when you download or play games made by Pacifistares Gaming ("we", "us"), including Puzzle Park. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the games.
1. Using the games
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play our games on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the games, or use cheats, bots or exploits.
2. The app stores
You get our games through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the games or for supporting them; we are.
3. Purchases and virtual items
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled by them.
- Coins and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred, and are a limited licence to use them in the game, not property you own.
- Because progress is stored on your device, virtual items can be lost if you delete the game or its data. Lasting purchases (such as removing ads) can be restored from Settings.
- We may change or rebalance virtual items and game content to keep the game fair and fun.
4. Ads
The games are free and show ads from third-party partners. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering a game or feature. We'll try to give notice of major changes.
6. Ownership
The games, their art, music, text and code belong to Pacifistares Gaming or its licensors.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The games are provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
